all i can say is that advertising has come a long way since the olden days! some ads that were acceptable in the past, would not be tolerated today, while others are simply funny or silly due to our value system which has radically changed.

take a look at some great vintage ads below – some are comical, some are outrageous and a whole lot are sexist!

OMG…if only men treated their women like this now…some still do, but the smart ones know that blowing it in her face will just ignite the anger in her further! My , whoever came up with these ads!

  LOL I'm glad you found them entertaining. I came across so many of these sexist type ads but chose the few I liked the most! Pretty crazy when you think where the ad industry was and where it is now. I'd love to see people's reactions if one of these was run today – youch! Honestly though, I can't think of the one I laughed the most at but the "blow in her face" one is up there!
